With only $5,000, a team of freecyclers, builders and designers attempt to turn an old factory space into a fully functioning trendy live/work loft in just one month using other people's garbage.

The team ransacks Pearson International Airport's storehouse of items pulled out of terminals over the years; a misplaced receipt means the team has less money in their emergency fund than they thought.

The freecyclers try to charm people at a transfer station out of their garbage before it ends up in the landfill; Geoff is concerned that the slow nature of garbage salvaging will not keep the production schedule moving.

The team has less than $100 left of their original budget and a number of things still on the to-do list; the client doesn't return calls for more cash and there's still the chance he will decide the build is not good enough.

The team is behind on the build and Geoff calls in a tiler to finish a tiling job; it's an expensive decision but one that could put the project back on track.
